Pennsylvania, U.S. Direct Tax Lists, 1798 Record for Thos Pennington

In tracing my STILL line I have found it useful to search any Still in Chester County in the 1700s. As such, Ancestry.com recently added "Pennsylvania, U.S. Direct Tax Lists, 1798 Record for Thos Pennington" and I searched for "Still". Several were included but one in particular caught my attention: John Still. John Still occupied land in Chester and Delaware Counties which was owned by Evan Philips. He lived on 46 acres valued at $752. The record was recorded on 1 October 1798.

While I doubt that this Still is one of my direct lineal Stills ... I am hoping he turns up somewhere. For now though, he gets filed in the "Miscellaneous Still" folder.
